Set on Haven's popular Doniford Bay Holiday Park, our caravan sits between the dramatic Somerset coastline and the rolling hills of Exmoor National Park. It is a proper home from home, kept to a high standard and finished to a far better spec than most caravans in this price range.
Inside, it is bright, warm and big enough that nobody ends up on a sofa. Outside, it is Doniford Bay: pools, entertainment, a beach at the bottom of the path and Exmoor just up the road. It is a relaxed, no-fuss sort of park, the kind where the kids disappear for hours and come back starving. The caravan is your quiet corner of it.

The 25% non-refundable booking fee is payable online by PayPal, debit card or credit card. The remaining balance is then paid by bank transfer direct to us as the private owners, using the details we send you. Balances are due up to 30 days before your break; if your stay is within the next 30 days, the full balance is payable immediately on receiving the bank details.
Yes. The £50 cleaning deposit is returned to you, usually within 10 days of your stay, as long as there are no breakages, forgotten dishes, damage or excessive mess.
No pets are allowed under any circumstances. The caravan is strictly no-pets so that guests with allergies can stay comfortably. This applies to dogs and all other animals.
No, they are entirely optional, and plenty of our guests never buy them. The beach, Doniford Farm, the arcade, the restaurants, the bars, the takeaways and the play parks are all open to you without one. A pass only unlocks the swimming pools, the live entertainment and bookable activities.

Not from us. We do not sell passes and we take no money for them. Once you have booked, we register your party with Haven. Haven then email you a confirmation code, and you buy the passes yourself at haven.com/play-pass. Keep that email safe, you will need it to collect the passes when you arrive.
Haven's prices, per person, for the whole stay: off-peak £53 adult and £26 child, peak £86 adult and £41 child. Adult is 16 and over, child is 5 to 15, and under-5s are free (though they must be with an adult who has a pass). If your stay straddles peak and off-peak, Haven charge for whichever season most of your nights fall in. Our pass calculator works out the exact figure for your party and dates.

Up to eight. Three bedrooms sleep six: two twin rooms with single beds and a master with a good-sized double. A pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge sleeps a further two.
No. There is a shower room with a toilet and basin, plus a second toilet in a room of its own, so there is no queue in the mornings.
Site access is from 2pm and access to the caravan is from 4pm on arrival day. On departure day please leave the caravan by 10am; site departure is by 12 noon.
No. The caravan is strictly no smoking and no vaping throughout.
